RSNA 2010 registration regulations

RegistrationRSNA reported that there several ways to register for attending the for the coming annual meeting. The first one is registering before the 4th of June and this includes send a printed course enrollment brochure, by mail, to the registered individuals by mid June. This brochure will be available online starting from the 30th of June.

The second method to register for the is to register onsite, onsite registration starts from the 5th of November, it will include $100 increase in fees other that other registration methods. Other registration terms were mentioned, such as regulations of changes and cancellation of registration. RSNA 2010 management reported that name changes are not allowed; instead, new registration procedures are required in addition to new payments. Following each successful change, a confirmation email will be sent. For cancellations, they should be requested through a written form, mail, e-mail or fax, before the 5th of November. Cancelation would cost $50 as an administrative fee. And refund will not be carried out after the 5th of November.
